New operating office in composite

 New operating office in composite

The processes and location of the entire composites department have undergone significant changes over the past year.

There has been a restructuring that included the acquisition and sale of injection molding machines, aimed at streamlining the entire process.

We now have a brand new office space ready for our operational staff, and we have already moved into it. It's a beautiful, well-lit, and modern space with excellent acoustics and temperature control, which we anticipate will greatly benefit us in the future.

Previously, the operational staff was split between two offices, which sometimes hindered communication. However, with the completion of the new office, we are expecting more effective and constructive results.

Kim Lynggaard, our factory manager, states, 'I can already see positive outcomes in terms of collaboration between logistics, management, purchasing, planning, PTQ, and marketing, which is very encouraging.'
