We are known in Denmark as a qualified partner in high-precision tool manufacturing and plastic injection molding of plastic components. Mainly for industry, but also ready-to-sell items of the highest quality for retail.
We help with advanced construction and manufacture of tools and injection molding of high quality molded components. We work constructively with everyone, from the very large industrial companies to the less self-employed. With our own quality department, the process is constantly followed up.
Our experience has been built up over decades and we master everything in our own house. We realize projects in the agreed quality and within the agreed time horizon.
In the tools and development department, we manufacture tools in high Danish quality, in sizes adapted to the customer's wishes and the complexity of the item.
We use the tools in modern injection molding machines equipped with advanced microprocessor control in our composit department. Castings that range from 0.01 grams up to 12 kilos. We do 2K casting, embedding and compression casting.
The materials are many and we research and develop in the use of bioplastics and recycled plastics in the components.
